Traditional Style 3 Bed Semi Detached Village House with land near Tomar
The house, which is set over two floors, has many traditional features remaining and comes with 5,120 square metres of land. The property does require a full programme of renovation and modernisation works, but has ample living accommodation and storage buildings. There is a rustic style kitchen with a traditional, large fireplace. There is a living room to this floor, which also has a wooden floor and ceiling. Attic: The property also has an attic which has a wooden floor and wooden beamed roof. The attic space could be converted into additional living accommodation if require, though has been used for storage purposes only. The property is situated in the village of Fungalvaz, which has several cafes and a small shop as well as a train station (mainline). Although situated on a road, the property has ample off street parking and there is a large, traditional vehicle entrance gate to the side of the house, leading to the garden and land.
